How to use Pre-Soak

Our Pre-Soak is a 100% biodegradable soap that is specially designed to dissolve road grime. It will break the attraction of the magnetic brake dust, dissolve pollution particles, break up oils, and soften dirt. This allows the high pressure soap to easily blast the film of road grime from your car, without requiring any friction. Pre-Soak also does a good job of dissolving those pesky bugs that get stuck to the front of your car all summer long!

Background Information

Road grime is that film of dirt that sticks to your car. It is composed of pollution particles, magnetic brake dust, oils, and dirt. There are two effective ways to wash road grime from your car:

Chemically dissolve it (Pre Soak)
Friction (Foaming brush)

How to use Pre-Soak

Summer Cool Down	Step 1	On hot days, quickly wet your car with Spot Free Rinse water. This will cool down the surface of your car to help prevent the Pre-Soak from drying.

Apply Pre Soak	Step 2	Wet your entire car with Pre-Soak. Apply Pre-Soak from the bottom up to help avoid streaks. Hold the wand tip 18" away from car while applying Pre-Soak to ensure best coverage.

Wait	Step 3	In an ideal world you would now wait 30 to 60 seconds for the Pre-Soak to loosen the road grime on your car. In reality, it probably took you 20 to 30 seconds to spray the Pre-Soak on your car ... so you are ready to move on to the next step (High Pressure Soap or Foaming Brush) almost immediately. Begin with the area where you applied PS first!

Wash your car!	Step 4	Use the High Pressure Soap or Foaming Brush to wash your car.
