Reporting Equipment Problems

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your visit to our car wash is enjoyable, and that all of our equipment works reliably. However, the electronics and equipment are not perfect - sometimes we have breakdowns.

If you experience a problem at our car wash, please let us know immediately so that we can cheerfully refund any money you may have lost, and also so that we can repair the problem as soon as possible!

If you need to contact us to report an equipment problem, please call the car wash manager (the phone number is posted at the carwash) and leave a message. Please tell us which equipment did not work properly, and be sure to leave your name, phone number and mailing address.

We know how frustrating it is for you when our equipment doesn't work. We do sincerely regret and apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you.
