Vending Guarantee
Our vending machine at the Kutztown CarWash uses a patented system to detect
when products fall into the delivery bin - our vendor “knows” when you get the product!
No need to hit or shake the vendor to get a product that did not fall!
If the product you selected did not fall into the delivery bin, our machine will automatically
rotate the helixes up to three times to make sure your product is delivered.
If you still did not receive a product, you can either:
- Receive a full refund by pressing the coin return
- Select another product
If you still have not received your product and have not received a full refund
from the vending machine, please call the Kutztown Car Wash manager (the phone number is posted on
vending machine).
